TTXGP We found the new league during the Isle of Man TT 2009. On this occasion, many manufacturers have created new means with an electric motor with an approach truly "groundbreaking", which has stimulated us an idea: create a potential electrical superbile for road and competition of the future. Probably the near future of the world motorcycle riding and racing, will be marked from the street "zero emission", the only problem is the absence of the roar of the engines tradizionali.Il project is built around the unity of the Agni Motors with a layout that is born from the concept of agile vehicle, clean fun and inspired by the sea creatures. The front is marked by two lights / turn signals symmetrical outline the "eyes" of the creature. The game "white / black hull creates a sculptural mass, which intersects with the skeleton, the tubular frame, simultaneously creating the color scheme that characterizes the livery. In fact, the chassis, the innovative front fork and rear are painted in "dark red". The muzzle has a small but aggressive group and ends with a central optical adjustable windshield. The carbon fiber "cracked" covers the volume between the frame and the hull. Also covers a portion of the fake tank and tail. The central zone is strongly characterized by the union between the frame and its continuation towards the seat by a particular shock parallel to the frame. We also thought the livery of a racing version of SBIK_E possible, ready for the "eGrandPrix", dominated by an aggressive color green / white / black, with the big logo "E" in the face.

We Discovered the new electric championship (TTXGP) During the 2009 Isle of Man TT. On this occasion many constructors create new electric engine machines with a “pioneer” approach that gave us an idea: create an electric superbike for the road and the racing championship of the (near) future. Probably the future for the motorcycle racing will be the electric via, the only problem will be the absence of the classic engine “rumble”, that will be very unreal! Our project called SBIK_E , that we present in exclusive for UMC with these “earlier state” sketches, is developed around the Agni Motors electric unit: the motor has a speed of about 50 rpm for each volt. The maximum continuous current varies from about 80 amps at 12 volts to 160 amps at 60 volts. T he design layout direction evolved from the concept of a fun & zero carbon emission motorcycle and is inspired from the “sea creatures”. The front fairing strongly characterizes the motorcycle design: the two symmetric lights/direction indicators create the “eyes” of the creature. The “black/white” bodywork create an aerodynamic sculptured shape. The big tubular chassis is embedded in this shape like a “skeleton” and create the graphic colour concept of the SBIK_E . In fact the chassis, the front innovative fork and the rear swinging arm are in “dark red colour”. The nose is separate from the “shape”; this create the “mouth” a frontal air duct. The nose have an adjustable glass and an aggressive little central circle light. The carbon fibre with slits covered all the volumes between the chassis and the shape bodywork. The carbon fibre is already used in a portion of the “false-tank” and in the rear zone. The central zone of the bike is strongly characterized by the connection of the tubular chassis and its rear portion with a particular “mono” suspension system. We also create a “racing edition” ready for the next generation of motorsports the “eGrandPrix” in a very aggressive green/white/black colour, with the big “E” logo in the nose. The “SBIK_E” logo plays with the same “fonts” of our sak_art design logo.

Fears for telecommunications and the economy World

Here is the article published by NASA SCIENCE NEWS

As The Sun Awakens, NASA Keeps a Wary Eye on Space Weather

According to NASA, our computer networks and the power could be destroyed by the peak of solar activity planned for the coming years. In Washington, not surprisingly opened the Forum on Climate Solar sponsored by NASA in which its protagonist is the peak of stellar activity. According to Richard Fisher, a scientist at NASA, "Our technological society has developed an unprecedented sensitivity to solar storms." We are, in fact, dependent on eBay. The wave of particles, including its effects, could have also to send in the tilt of our satellites. We could, within a short time left in the dark, without electricity and communications. "The first sign of danger would come when the radiation began to disrupt radio signals and GPS devices. Ten or twenty minutes later, the commercial satellites that transmit phone conversations, television and information of all kinds would be virtually wiped out, "said Tom Bogdan, a scientist who has mathematical model to represent what could happen. Shortly after
would be the time of all power lines. The radiation would be able to induce current on high voltage power lines. That would lead to the destruction "of virtually all processors on the planet. " All this would happen simultaneously everywhere. As Fisher points out, "the sun is awakening from a deep sleep, and within a few years we expect to see much higher levels of solar activity." The National Academy of Sciences had already addressed the problem two years ago in a report titled "Severe events related to solar time - social and economic consequences." The document noted how people of the 21st century rely on hi-tech to the core activities of their daily lives. The electricity network, GPS navigation, air travel, financial services and emergency radio communications can be swept away from intense solar activity.

THE NEWSPAPER ON-LINE AND

Express News' hard life of astronomers. Now we are to bring together emergency conference to discuss "how to prevent the destruction of civilization in the next few years because solar storms." It opens today in fact, the Forum on Climate Solar Washington, DC, events sponsored by NASA, which will necessarily discuss the peak of solar activity, scheduled for the next three years.
According to the mathematical model developed, in fact, "the first sign of danger would come when the radiation began to interfere with radio signals and GPS devices. Ten or twenty minutes later, the commercial satellites that transmit phone conversations, television and information of all kinds would be virtually wiped out. " The next day, touched the power lines: solar radiation were in fact able to induce current in the high-voltage lines "destroying virtually any processor on the planet." Without electricity, the scientist continues, down even water, heating and telephone. And the worst part of the disaster is the fact that all this would happen simultaneously over the entire surface of the globe, so unlike a natural disaster "classic" - hurricanes, earthquakes - which affect one area.
ARMAGEDDON - It is only in doubt. If the Mayans are right, and the world will end in 2012, that risk may be a solar storm coming for the next year? We expect hard years, that's for sure: the American media are wondering if it is not appropriate to recruit Bruce Willis emergency.

"... the sun can throw at Earth dangerous flows of radiation"

ROME - The Sun may launch to Earth dangerous radiation and particles flows even when it reaches the minimum of his eleven-year cycle of activity-as in this period-and its surface is devoid of sunspots. The discovery, made by a large group of American researchers and announced in the Journal of Geophysical Research, comes as you are extending an exceptional minimum of solar activity is astonishing that the scientists themselves. "For now the sun is a surprise after the other - said Sarah Gibson, a spokesman for the group and geophysics at the National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) in Boulder, Colorado." Until now it was thought that the so-called solar wind touched the lowest levels at the minimum of activity, even when the spots almost disappear from the surface. Instead, by studying the behavior of our star, during the last minimum in 2008, and comparing with the previous low of 1996, we found that this belief is unfounded: the solar wind may invest the Earth as a flame thrower even when there are spots. "

COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

The metaphor of the flamethrower, of course, is not to be taken literally. In fact, it may happen that a strong flow of elementary particles from the sun, now at the Earth's orbit at speeds of hundreds of kilometers per second, hits the Earth's magnetic field that acts as a shield against questo tipo di radiazioni e riesce a penetrarlo, scatenando tempeste elettromagnetiche.

The risks associated with solar storms has spoken in recent days, even during an international seminar at the headquarters of the National Institute of Geophysics and Volcanology (INGV) in Rome. "We have hosted an international meeting sponsored by SCAR (Scientific Committee for Antarctic Research), which had as its central theme of the next maximum of solar activity expected in 2012 and countermeasures to mitigate the effects on satellite navigation systems, such as the well-known GPS, but also the Russian GLONASS and the upcoming European Galileo system, reports the director of research Georgiana De Franceschi -. The polar regions provide a natural laboratory for the observation and study of disorders weathering from the sun, which affect the provision of technological equipment based on satellite navigation systems, reducing the accuracy and reliability. Experts from different countries, led by the upper atmosphere physics group of INGV, have therefore come together to plan the observation and study the polar atmosphere through an international network of special GPS receivers located on the Antarctic continent. " From these studies, we expect a better understanding of two features of the atmosphere: water vapor in the lower atmosphere (troposphere) and the content of electrons in the upper part (the ionosphere), which influence the propagation of radio waves.

Garlic For Hemmrhoids

THE SOLE NEGLIGENCE OF VOLCANOES AND EARTHQUAKES

The SDO spacecraft has just seen massive eruption on the Sun, one of the largest of several years

this part, "says Lika Guhathakurta of NASA" .. the movie is not only dramatic, but allowed us

solve a longstanding mystery of solar physics "

Not later than one week ago, NASA scientists working SDO with the probe were released movies more exciting than ever have been able to see now are repeated.

"The probe has SDO just observed massive eruption on the Sun, one of the largest for several years now, "says Lika Guhathakurta of NASA" the movie is not only dramatic, but it has solved a longstanding mystery of solar physics. "

Karel Schrijver, Lockheed Martin Solar and Astrophysics Laboratory analysis continues: "We can see a billion tons of magnetized plasma and is shot into space, the explosion with debris falling on the surface of the Sun These are our best information so far .

The movie covers four hours and spatial extension of more than 100,000 km: "It 's huge," says Schrijver and in fact our planet could well find a place between the two jets of plasma and still remain space around.

Astronomers have observed similar explosions before, but rarely so extensive and ever with this fluidity of details. As a member of a team of scientists, Alan Title, Lockheed Martin has pointed out that "no altrotelescopio can reach a combined spatial and temporal resolution as that of SDO probe.

Schrijver said that the party would prefer the movie is that of coronal rain and explains that "lump of plasma are falling on the surface of the Sun and create white spots where the strike: it is a phenomenon that I have been studying for years "(pictured alongside two lumps are indicated by two white circles).

Above: a video of the eruption with the temperatures encoded with different colors. Orange and red areas are "cold" (from 60,000 to 80,000 ° K), blue and green areas but they are "hot" (from 1 million to 2,200,000 ° K). As mentioned already, there is a whisker of dust on the CCD camera. Movie SDO / AIA.

The coronal rain has been for a long time un mistero.

Una delle capacità aggiuntive SDO probe is the ability to measure temperatures. Taking advantage of an array of ultraviolet telescopes called AIA (Atmospheric Imaging Assembly), the observatory can remotely measure the temperature of the gas in the solar atmosphere. The coronal rain would be relatively cold, with just 60,000 ° K (degrees Kelvin are: to get the value in 273 ° C should be subtracted, but the result is virtually identical). When it falls, the rain is supported in part by a cushion material beneath warmer, with temperatures between 1 million and 2,200,000 ° K (ie the same consideration as above!)

S

"You see this hot gas in movie where the temperature is coded with different colors, "said Schrijver" The cold material is red, while the material is hotter than blue-green and it's the hottest gas to slow the descent of coronal rain. "

Dick Fisher, responsible for NASA's Division of Heliophysical in Washington, working on solar physics for 40 years. "In all these years, he enthuses, I've never seen anything like it."

"And I wonder what it will take us next week!
